What can I do with the system? * You may use the system, and reconfigure and use your dedicated server and software, as you see fit as long as you stay within the boundaries of UK & US law and Net Etiquette. * Applications could include Web, FTP, Mail, DNS, News, Database and Software Development, etc. * Control panels such as Webmin, CPanel or PLESK could be installed for ease of management.

How long will it take to activate my account? * Orders take approximately 24 hours process as servers are individually configured to customers' specifications. * You will receive an IP address and password information as soon as your order is completed.

Tech Support * There is nearly always someone at the end of the phone willing to help on technical issues, 24/7. Even on public holidays! * If the system needs a hard reboot we can do that for you, free of charge, just phone or email. There is no charge for resetting or power cycling.

Services A fully managed firewall service is available, based around Cisco PiX firewall technology. Full Service Level Agreements are available.

Location, Connection & Bandwidth allocation * Intrascape's servers are hosted in the secure, controlled environment of Telehouse. * Services are connected via multiple Gigabit fibre. * Additional bandwidth can be purchased as and when needed. * If you know your bandwidth usage already please contact us for a preferential rate. * We will not cut you off without notice if you go over your limit.

What if I crash my system? * The software can be completely customized by you, however, there is a £50 re-setting up charge if it needs re-installing. * We can take no responsibility for loss of data or any consequential losses. Backup of data is your responsibility.

Notes: * We are happy to discuss the installation of any other O/S. * A basic knowledge of command line Unix is essential as our technical support will not provide online tuition.

Acceptable use policy: * No Porn Sites. * No Warez (No illegal software or infringement copyright) * No service may be used in conjunction with spamming. If you are unsure as to what constitutes spamming consult our sales office for an exact definition.
