How long will it take to activate my account?

* Orders take approximately 24 hours process as servers are individually configured to customers' specifications.

* If the system needs a hard reboot we can do that for you, free of charge, just phone or email. There is no charge for resetting or power cycling.

* We will not cut you off without notice if you go over your limit.

What if I crash my system?

* The software can be completely customized by you, however, there is a £50 re-setting up charge if it needs re-installing.
* We can take no responsibility for loss of data or any consequential losses. Backup of data is your responsibility.

Notes:

* We are happy to discuss the installation of any other O/S.
* A basic knowledge of command line Unix is essential as our technical support will not provide online tuition.
